Project initiation
We create a dedicated project team and assign you a project manager — running discovery sessions to understand your goals and to map out project scope, working collaboratively to understand current business processes, and communicating throughout the project to meet timescales and requirements.
System setup and data migration
To build a solution that works for your organisation, business processes and project goals, we carry out data mapping, data analysis, system configuration and data migration — leveraging our expertise, industry best practices, and standard tools and applications throughout.
Integration
We configure our Open APIs to work with other critical systems across your business. Yotta will integrate seamlessly (and quickly) with your current tech stack and favourite tools.
User training and UAT
We deliver user training to key individuals within your organisation via our virtual LMS or ‘super user’ sessions. At this stage, system configuration is confirmed and user acceptance testing begins — to make sure the solution is in line with your business processes.
Go live
At this stage, we carry out a final data migration, before going live and giving you full access to Yotta’s software. Our subject matter experts and Customer Support team will then be on-hand to optimise your solution and provide ongoing support.
